Payment Terms: Payment is due strictly in full upon the completion of the agreed-upon installation or repair service unless explicitly arranged otherwise in writing. We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), cash, and approved card payments.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Guarantee: We take pride in our service. DSTVMASTERS SA (PTY) LTD offers a standard workmanship guarantee on our physical installations. The specific duration of this guarantee will be noted on your final invoice.
Equipment Warranty: Any hardware, decoders, or electronic equipment supplied by us carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty. We are not responsible for the replacement of equipment that has been damaged due to power surges, lightning strikes, weather damage, or user negligence.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service, the customer agrees to:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a standard call-out fee if our technician arrives at the scheduled location and is denied access or the service is canceled on-site without prior notice.
