Estimates: Any price estimates provided over the phone, via WhatsApp, or through email are subject to change upon a physical site inspection by our technicians.
Final Quotations: A final quotation will be provided on-site before any physical work commences.
Payment Terms: Payment is due strictly in full upon the completion of the agreed-upon installation or repair service unless explicitly arranged otherwise in writing. We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), cash, and approved card payments.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Guarantee: We take pride in our service. Satellite TV Masters offers a standard workmanship guarantee on our physical installations. The specific duration of this guarantee will be noted on your final invoice.
Equipment Warranty: Any hardware, decoders, or electronic equipment supplied by us carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty. We are not responsible for the replacement of equipment that has been damaged due to power surges, lightning strikes, weather damage, or user negligence.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service, the customer agrees to:

Ensure an authorized adult (18 years or older) is present at the property during the scheduled appointment.
Provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the necessary areas of the property (e.g., roof access, electrical distribution boards).
Secure any pets away from the active work areas.
Obtain any necessary permissions from landlords, body corporates, or homeowners' associations prior to the installation of satellite dishes or exterior equipment.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a standard call-out fee if our technician arrives at the scheduled location and is denied access or the service is canceled on-site without prior notice.
